"They got it right with my son, Rico, and they were not arrogant in any way when it came to meeting us right where we were in our lives. I am a single parent. O.H.M.B. gave us a new lease on life when they took my son Rico under their wings and changed his character from being rebellious to becoming respectful, "Thank You" .O.H.M.B.

Operation:
"He's My Brother"
Our organization is in the business of positively building a foundation for developing character in urban youth and young adults and providing meaningful improvements for community residents.
Born out of a personal pain of our president's life, he was moved to reach out to inner-city youth when his youngest brother was tragically killed in the prime of his life through Gun Violence. Operating for better than 15 years now, we have gained the recognition of city officials, state representatives and local dignitaries alike. Our signature approach with all of our participants is "Your Life is your bond or "Value Life First" at all times. We have commendation letters from: W.W. Herenton, Former Mayor: T. West, Former U Of M Football Coach; Memphis Grizzlies
Dr. C. Johnson, Former MCS ; Community Service Organization
H. Ford Jr., Former US Congressman; S. Cohen, Congressman; Dr. C. Johnson, Vice-Pres. Methodist Hospital;
